What is your shipping policy?

Do you offer Express or Overnight shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t. Our processing and shipping is based on “first come, first served” policy so please place your order in a timely manner.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do accept all major credit and debit cards through the Shopify payment processing.

 What is your shipping time and cost?

We use Shopify calculated shipping optimization program that provide you with the best shipping rate to your destination. Your shipping charge will be calculated based on weight, package dimensions and delivery destination. We do reserve the right to optimize your shipping and use the best shipping provider.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped it will depend on the transit provider about how long will take to deliver your order. If your order has multiple items, it is possible that you will receive multiple packages.

 Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

If your order was placed less than 24Hrs. ago, we could be able to change your shipping address before your order is shipped. In that case please contact our support here CONTACT US. If your order is already processed to be shipped, we will not be able to change your shipping address. In that case you should contact the transit provider to help you redirect your package.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and will be responsible for tracking your shipment. If you didn’t receive your tracking number after 3 business days, please check your spam/junk email folder to search for the tracking confirmation email. You can also log in to your customer portal and find your tracking number assigned to your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to Canada and most European union countries.

My new shirt smells like vinegar, is that normal?

You're not imagining things! With our print process, the print area is pre-treated with an eco-friendly solution that smells similar to diluted vinegar. Most of this evaporates during the curing process, but a hint of vinegar can remain. This will wash out completely in the first wash.

 How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel or modify your order up to 24 Hrs. after your order has been placed. Your cancelled order could be subject to 15% cancellation fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued. Orders already processed to be shipped cannot be cancelled.

My tracking number shows that my order was delivered but I didn’t receive my order?

If your package was delivered based on tracking information but you have not received it, please check around your property, your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your local delivery person or facility. If your order cannot be located, please contact our support. Please make sure to include your full name and order number.

 My package is being returned to you, what should I do?

Package may be returned to us due to incomplete address, unpaid duties, or failed delivery attempts. Please contact our Support CONTACT US with your name and your order number so we can help locate your package, determine what happened and get back to you as quickly as possible.

I received the wrong/defective item, what to do?

Quality and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities. If we send you the wrong/defective item, please contact us as soon as possible here CONTACT US. Make sure you include your full name, order number, a short description of what the problem is and a few pictures if possible. We assure you, we will reply ASAP and do our best to make it right.

How long will take for your support to reply to my message?

We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Usually, we reply within 24 Hrs of your message.

Can I send my item for exchange?

We are sorry but because of the complexity of our shipping system and multiple shipping locations we don’t offer exchanges at this time.

How to know my size?

Please refer to the product page and our measurements. To find your right shirt fit, we recommend measuring a shirt of your own and comparing it with our size chart.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

We do not run coupon/discount codes all the time. We run a few sales throughout the year and during the holidays. These occasions will require you to apply the code at the check-out procedure. If you'd like to be notified about our new products, sales, and discount codes you can sign-up for an account and you'll get a notification directly to your email.

Can I order a custom design, different garment type or gift item?

We may be able to help you out and do something special for you. For requests, please contact us here CONTACT US with detailed description about your request.

Do you offer more colors and sizes of the items listed?

Yes, we may be able to offer other colors and sizes on most items we offer. For the request please contact us here CONTACT US

Are you looking for customer pictures or amateur models?

We are always on the lookout for new AWESOME DAD pictures and models! If you're interested, please email us at awesomedad@yahoo.com and include your name, the city you're located in, any information you think we'll find helpful, and some photos of yourself using or wearing our product.  The more photos you include, the better. And remember, we love to see AWSOME DAD’s laughing and having fun! So, please include pictures of where you are having fun with your kids and family. They don't need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun.

When you email us your picrures, you confirm that these pictures belong to you and you have a right to use them and give that right to us to use them for advertising and social media. Contributors with the best pictures will be rewarded at our discretion.
